Job Summary:
As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. You will assist in coordinating resources, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project resources and track progress against milestones
- Communicate project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support in identifying and resolving project issues and risks
- Assist in conducting post-project evaluations and creating lessons learned reports
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
- Prior internship or relevant project management experience is a bonus
