Summary:
As an Account Management Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests
- Develop strategic account plans to grow revenue and expand business opportunities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on client objectives and KPIs
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
