Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing data entry tasks, reconciling accounts, and supporting the accounting department in day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Handle general ledger entries and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
