Job Summary:
We are looking for candidates to join our Application Support Graduates Development Program. This program is designed to provide training and hands-on experience to help individuals develop their skills in application support.
Job Responsibility:
1. Participate in training sessions to learn about our applications and support processes.
2. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by end users.
3. Collaborate with senior support staff to provide timely and effective solutions.
4. Document support processes and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
5. Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to application support.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
5. Strong attention to detail and a passion for technology.
