Job Summary:
We are looking for an Educational Technology Specialist to join our Graduates Development Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating technology into educational programs to enhance learning outcomes and drive innovation in teaching methodologies.
Job Responsibility:
- Research and implement technology solutions to improve learning experiences for graduates.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver digital learning content.
- Provide training and support to faculty and staff on educational technology tools and platforms.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of technology integration in educational programs and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in educational technology and make recommendations for their implementation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in educational technology, instructional design, or e-learning.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems, multimedia tools, and educational software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
