Job Summary:
The Project Manager serves as a team liaison to the institute and community partners by coordinating day-to-day activities of the School Partnerships Program. Responsible for the management of grants, maintaining relationships with partners and organizations, seeking funding to support school and classroom initiatives, organizing community services events, managing partnership donations, coordinating activities related to the institute’s mission goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- An expert in strategic planning and managing academic institutional projects.
- Excellent command on implementing governance, framework, controls for Academic Institutional Projects.
- Prepare all project requirements, project presentations, Performance Indictors and data related to business to present to senior management and client.
- Design and implement risk mitigation and academic institution project plan.
- Planning and managing project budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with educational goals.
- Must be proficient in identifying, managing and resolving risks related to data, surveys and processes.
- Excellent in stakeholder management, articulating, communicating and managing challenging situations ensuring teams are working coherently and positively.
- Work independently as well as with the teams and departments in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and overseeing all tasks, actions, processes, risks, etc
- Managing and coordinating regularly with all the stakeholders representing academic and nonacademic departments of ULI ensuring they are meeting respective project goals on time.
- Build strong relationships and earn respect of peers, seniors and subordinates
- Track project progress and outcomes, assist the stakeholders, respond to their queries, ensuring their actions, timelines, plan and Performance Indicators are up to date and that information provided is accurate and on time.
- Maintain high standards for curriculum and instructional quality, ensuring compliance with educational regulations.
- Value consultation and able to influence others by presenting high quality work, building relationships and trust.
- Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Non-native English speakers must have a minimum score of 7.5 in IELTS Academic or an equivalent qualification. Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project manager, preferably in an educational or international contex.
Location:
AlUla Province – Saudi Arabia.

- Cultural Competence: Understanding and appreciating diverse cultural backgrounds to enhance inclusivity in educational programs.
- Strong understanding of language education and cultural exchange principles.
