Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior IT Coordinator to oversee the IT operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, coordinating IT projects, and providing technical support to employees.
Job Responsibility:
1. Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
2. Coordinate IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
3. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
4. Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
6. Stay up to date with technological advancements and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience working in IT, with at least 5 years in a coordination or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus.
