Job Summary:
We are looking for Account Management Specialist to nurture and grow our client accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and address any concerns or requests they may have
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients
- Prepare reports on account status and present them to management
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
