Job Summary:
The theoretical subject Instructor is responsible to the director of operations for the effective delivery of the College's program and curricula in line with the College’s strategic priorities and objectives.
Will teach accounting topic and related contents to students, fostering a deep understanding of course contents and best practices.
Will employ student-centred teaching methodologies, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning experience, and adapt teaching techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop curriculum materials, lesson plans and instructional resources to effectively deliver course content.

Plan and conduct engaging discussions, lectures and workshops on course topics.

Provide guidance and support to students in their spiritual and moral development, nurturing a strong ethical foundation.

Lead discussions on contemporary issues and challenges of the course subject, promoting thoughtful analysis and understanding.

Foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment.

Incorporate technology and multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience and connect with students.

Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, events, and religious gatherings to promote community engagement and unity.

Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to integrate teaching goals into the College programs.

Maintain open communication with students and colleagues to address questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area.
- Must have a good level of English Language.
- 3 years of teaching required course topic and related subjects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, develop, and deliver effective vocational training programs.
- Patience and understanding when working with students from diverse backgrounds.
