Job Description

The Assessment Specialist is responsible for supporting the department by managing end-to-end assessment operations.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1 Assessments Development, Execution, and Reporting.


1.1 Assessments Development
• Follow-up evaluation processes with external parties and the department of evaluation operations, and determine the tasks required for the evaluation processes.
• Gather the required needs for evaluation, whether technical or material. Determining the required evaluation methods based on the type of training.
• Coordination of assessment development project plans.


1.2 Assessments Execution
• Plan an exam.
• Communicate with the test center/colleges.
• Communicate with the candidates.
• Set up and monitor exams on the Assessment Platform
• Expert-level skills in MS Office applications and a quick learning ability for managing a new assessment platform.
• Visiting the colleges and test centers to invigilate the exams
• Managing and guiding the test center.
• Training the exam centers and invigilators
• Liaise between test centers, COE operations, and the finance team.
• Train external invigilators and monitor their performance.


1.3 Reporting
• Perform the exam result analysis and determine the exam results.
• Produce the exam result reports.
• Produce an invigilation report.
• Produce visit reports.

 

QUALIFICATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS


- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
- Professional Certificate in Education and Training Management is a plus.
- 3-5 Years of experience in the Training/ Education Field.

Skills

-Strong understanding of assessment methodologies and techniques.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing assessment tools and strategies.
- Ability to analyze assessment data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in assessing individuals or groups.
- Knowledge of psychometric principles and statistical analysis.
- Ability to work effectively with various assessment software and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assessment projects simultaneously.
