Job Summary::
As an Assistant Project Manager within the Graduates Development Program, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects under the guidance of experienced project managers. This role offers an opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to the success of key initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
1. Assist senior project managers in developing project plans, goals, and budgets.
2. Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
3. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
4. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
6. Participate in project meetings and provide input on project status and next steps.
7. Support in identifying and implementing process improvements for project efficiency.
8. Learn and apply project management best practices and methodologies.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
5. Ability to work well in a team and take direction from senior managers.
6. Eagerness to learn and develop project management skills.
7. Prior internship or project management experience is a plus.
