Job Summary::
As a Curriculum and Electronic Content Specialist for the Graduates Development Program, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning materials for recent graduates to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Responsibility:
- Design and develop curriculum content tailored to the needs of recent graduates.
- Create interactive and engaging electronic learning materials such as videos, online modules, and quizzes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content.
- Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of the learning materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and electronic content creation.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and electronic content creation.
- Strong grasp of learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with recent graduates or young professionals is a plus.
