Job Description:

Arbitrate learning outcomes and training plans and work as an arbitrator and review training plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and arbitrate the learning outcomes document.
• Ensure the clarity and measurability of the learning outcomes.
• make sure that the learning outcomes are consistent with the objectives of the National Qualifications Framework for Levels 4 and 5.
• Review training plans according to the specific requirement.
• Provide recommendations for improving learning outcomes or training plans based on analysis and evaluation.
• Provide detailed reports explaining strengths and weaknesses and recommendations for improving the training plan.

Required Qualifications:

• PhD or Master's degree in the specialty or in curricula and teaching methods
• 5-7 years of practical or training experience in the field of specialization or developing training curricula.
• experience in working in universities in the same major
