Job Summary:
The HR Specialist will be responsible for coordinating various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Job Responsibility:
1. Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
2. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
3. Manage the performance appraisal process and provide support to managers and employees.
4. Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics.
5. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
