Qualification Reviewers

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Qualification Consultant/Reviewer to join our team. As a subject matter expert in IT Support, Construction Facility Management, and Health and Safety, you will play a pivotal role in comparing and harmonizing qualifications across different countries. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing existing qualifications, identifying gaps, and proposing updates to align with global best practices.

This is a part-time position focused on research and analysis, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful international initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Desktop Research with existing qualification within specified specialities:

  Qualification Reviewers / Researchers to conduct comparative desktop research, of existing qualification with similar international qualifications. To includes detailed review of knowledge and skills learning outcome per unit to ensure alignment with current practices in the sector.

• Identify the areas of improvement:
• Qualification reviewers / researchers to review the existing qualification learning outcomes and agree on the relevant unit specification

The Expected Deliverables:

Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation summarizing your research and proposed changes. And Issue Updated Qualification Specification

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Education: A minimum of a master’s degree. in a relevant field:
• IT Support, or Construction Facility Management, or Health and Safety,

Experience:

• At least 10-15 years of combined professional experience in qualification development
• Proven expertise in researching, analysing and comparing qualification specifications.
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and quality assurance in education

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an international context or with multicultural teams
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Saudi Qualification Framework, The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) or the RQF (UK)).
• Publications or contributions related to education is added advantage
