Job Description

1. Governance and Business Process Management.

- Develop, review, and maintain organizational policy and process manuals to ensure clarity and compliance.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather input and feedback on documentation.

- Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and reflects current practices and regulatory requirements.

- Assist in establishing governance frameworks and structures that promote accountability and transparency.

- Document governance policies, procedures, and guidelines to support effective decision-making processes.

- Monitor compliance with governance documentation and recommend improvements as necessary.

2. Risk Management

- Provides essential input into the development of the organizations risk management framework.

- Assesses risk ratings and ensure they are aligned with the organizations impact and likelihood scales. 

- Develops the Risk Management Reporting Framework ensuring that reports are effectively developed and provided to risk owners pertaining to risks applicable to their areas. 

- Leads the execution of workshops involving Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) that will be conducted with departments in the organization to assist them in the identification and mitigation of process risk and controls. 

- Advises the heads of departments on the effective development of process controls that mitigate identified risks.

- Assists heads of departments in the implementation of the organization's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. - Raises to the attention of management key emerging risks that are created as a result of external / internal changes. 

- Reviews the suitability of departmental risk registers and comment on whether additional risks need to be identified. 

- Maintains and updates the Enterprise Risk Register.

- Conducts training sessions for all key stakeholders within the organization to raise their risk management awareness through providing them with an overview as to how to effectively apply the organization's risk management framework. 


3. Quality Internal Audit 

- Plan and conduct internal audits to assess adherence to policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare audit reports, highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.

- Work with departments to develop action plans for addressing audit findings and ensure timely implementation.


4. Process Performance Management

- Design and implement performance metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

- Analyze process performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices.

- Facilitate process reviews and workshops to engage teams in continuous improvement initiatives.


5. Knowledge Management

- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to capture, share, and utilize organizational knowledge.

- Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository accessible to all employees.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information System or any other relevant fields. 

- Master’s degree in related fields is preferred.

- Professional Certificates in Quality Management and GRC fields are preferred.

- 3-5 years of related experience in Quality & GRC.
