Roles and responsibilities
Education Quality Standards
• Design and prepare quality improvement plan for standards improvement.
• Prepare and set educational standards that compatible with quality standards by collecting relevant information and data to ensure validity.
• Support in writing technical proposal and operational plan.
Education Service Delivery
• Conduct regular site visits to training providers to monitor the delivery of training quality.
• Prepare and implement technical evaluations for the various training units.
• Support in implementing educational out come from related projects.
Education Service Evaluation
• Evaluate data obtained and prepare narrative and statistical reports for dissemination to relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with relevant colleagues who have responsibility for student and college data collection and analysis.
Education Services Improvements
• Communicate with clients and provide them with relevant support.
• Contribute to conferences, organize workshops and publish articles on TVET best practice.
• Prepare and design questionnaires to measure the satisfaction of the services provided by the company.
Professional qualifications and certificates :
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Master's degree is highly desirable.
• PhD. degree in relevant field is desirable.
• Professional Certificate in Education Management.
Job experience:
• 5 Years of senior management experience in TVET Sector in developed countries.
• 3 Years of experience in relevant advisory position in TVET sector is preferred.
• 5 years teaching experience in post 18 skill sector.
